Intro
Hi Everyone, my name is Cary. I work as Director of Acquisitions for Web City Properties and Jordan DSilva, who is also in this community. We are based in the DFW and have a background in MF/residential and adaptive reuse projects. More recently we have started to focus on small bay and flex industrial development.
I am most interested in site selection, underwriting philosophy, deal structuring and learning more about product niches.
