Hi Everyone, I'm located in Upstate NY. I’m an investor and business strategist with more than four decades of experience across business operations, capital management, and alternative investments. I maintain a diversified investment portfolio as a limited partner across multiple real estate asset classes throughout the United States and internationally, with interests spanning industrial, self-storage, multifamily, energy, and private credit. I’m particularly interested in capital efficiency, risk-adjusted returns, and long-term wealth preservation through alternative assets and strategic partnerships.
