Just an update
Yo, I know i havent been on here too much recently lmao. Just an update, things are going really well, Ive been super disciplined on my working out, meditations, and routines in general. On top of that Ive been focusing on subtracting more than adding. As in i wrote down a list of my bad habits and have been focusing on those and getting rid of my bad habits, and its naturally left room for good ones. Porn is by far the best its ever been, of course I need more time but I feel like im im a lot of control, creating has been good and consistent, though i could be doing more, and doomscrolling is still probably my biggest problem, but Ive been noticing it more and doing other things. Im really proud of myself.

I'm working on my weight with a lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise. Start Weight: 300 Current Check In Weight: 281 I also have had progress with my negative mindset, it's transforming to be more positive. I'm having more clarity these days. And learning to regulate my nervous system. There is hope and light even when you have sat in the darkness for so long.
