Hello ! I hope y'all are doing good. I actually stayed at home this last Tuesday cuz I felt I should rest , the thing is that I stayed home , I didn't go to uni And I summarized 3 courses of Pharmacology , I tried to draw And I tried to write a song , but It didn't came out naturally I was forcing the flow of words , I didn't write anything for like 3 weeks . And I had to face a strong emotional turmoil , I was just crying my eyes out Now I wanna ask you , can you give me an advice on how to release my emotions And how to learn how to rest ? ( I'm genuinely asking for how to rest cuz I don't know how to )

Hey guys ! A little update So I actually started college 3rd year on Monday And it was great I got to meet new people , just by using my talent of singing and not hiding who I am anymore . People are treating me better than they used to last year . I guess the reason was me , I am more confident in the way I look , I dress and the way I hold myself My posture , my eye contact I didn't know that they mattered more than the personality. Plus I've told the new friends that I am a singer , one of them is a guitarist !! I didn't expect that at all !! Like the universe is telling me " here you go , you waited for so long to get a tribe here's your tribe " you deserve it . I'm getting to know these people , and other people , I'm less social anxious When I am around people I'm standing or sitting normally without stressing or fidgeting or anything . I guess I will learn more about myself in this journey !! And I think because I am now aligned externally and internally , there's no contradictions between my looks and my personality I don't hide anymore , or get shy If someone says : oh you're a singer ? YES I AM A SINGER . And make a free concert for them . Pretty awesome !! I've also met a singer online she's also in my country like ain't that amazing ??! Please guys can anyone advise me on how I should calm down and not be too fascinated cuz I really can't believe it !!

Recently I listened to recordings of myself and adjusted to what I sound like. I was extremely self conscious about it since I was a child. I’ve always wanted to express myself but haven’t due to the fear of putting myself out there. Anyway, here I am now. I’m curious about y’all answers.

I'm so happy ! Today went super awesome at college , my classmates came to talk to ME ! I socialized , I sang for my classmates for the first time ( they didn't know I was a Metal singer ) And they were stunned ! I got compliments from a lot of people !! And yeah it was cool ! It wasn't as bad as I Catastrophized it last night :) ,

I'll be back to university tomorrow , I'm feeling kind of nervous . I know that it'll be okay , but I stress about the fact that I will have to study , film videos , make music all at once Plus I didn't figure out how to talk to people and make friends Any advices ???
