A great way to (not) use the phone

Today I reinstalled this app on my phone called "Forest". Basically it allow you to put a timer so you can focus during that time. Everytime you go through a focus period you grow a tree that goes in a virtual garden. However, if you go to another app, you get a remainder to focus and if you decide to ignore it, you get a dead tree in your garden. I find that app interesting because it allows you to put a timer during which you cannot use other apps, while still allowing you to cancel it if necessary (and punish you if you do so).

I don't know if y'all already got apps like that but it's my personal favourite
