I just posted a new video, and it came out of a really good question someone asked here recently about a blood sugar supplement they saw.
I checked out the website. Very impressive. Well-designed site. International best seller. Lots of PubMed links. Big claims.
So I clicked on the supplement to check out the ingredient list and that's when it got interesting.
Definitely something I was aware of but I could think of 5-10 better things I'd do first. So.
This is case study about how I walk through how I decide what’s actually worth my attention when everything sounds good. It's not just is there evidence. It's is this my next best step? How does this evidence compare to others in this arena.
If you’ve ever wondered:
- “How much does this evidence really mean?”
- “Is this the thing I should focus on first?”
- “What’s being said… and what’s not?”
This video will probably land.
There’s also a Shift Society Exclusive bonus for the community where I share the exact decision filter I use so you’re not chasing every new ‘glucose hack’ that pops up.
