🔥31st March: New Program Official Launch & Weekly Assignment
This week, your goal is to identify the communication pattern that has been running your behaviour. Most people think they choose how they act under pressure… but they don’t. Your pattern runs first; then you deal with the consequences. Your job is to become aware of it. The 4 Patterns 🧠 • Shrinker – You hold back, stay quiet, and avoid being seen • Performer – You entertain, over-talk, and seek approval • Deflector – You joke or avoid anything serious or vulnerable • Appeaser – You say yes to keep the peace, avoid conflict, and put other people’s needs ahead of your own Task 🎯 Answer which of the 4 personality types you are in a 60-90 second video, and explain an example of where it shows up. Focus 🧠 • Be honest (this is for you) • Don’t overthink it 📥 Send in your vid in the comments below. If this task resonated with you and you can see how these patterns are quietly running your behaviour, Then this is exactly what we break down and rewire inside our new SWC program, which launches tomorrow (April 1st), and will simply replace the existing lessons in the classroom 📩 DM “REWIRING” to secure your spot at the $35 p/m founders price

Hello peoples!
I am Omar, currently an apprentice structural engineer. My communication has always had some weaknesses and I hope to fix these in SWC. I have realised that I actually mispronounce some words and sometimes that is a result of speaking too quick. I would like to be clearer when I speak and not get too hasty under pressure when I make my most mistakes. I am trying to incorporate silence/pauses more often into my speech which has helped me stay with my train of thought more effectively.
The deflector
I've just watched week 1 and discovered my default pattern is the deflector and it shows up most whenever someone tries to get to know me more as a person and asks me a personal question, like what do you do in your free time or what do you enjoy. I wasn't even aware of this before watching module 1. I almost always use humour to dodge the question or give a vague answer. I think I do this because deep down I'm afraid of being judged and would rather have surface-level connections than allow myself to be vulnerable. Going forward I will do the homework for week 1 and notice when the pattern is triggered and what it leads to, while also remembering to focus my attention outwards when it starts to go inwards. Look forward to learning more when I unlock week 2.💯
Roast my articulation
I have made this video a week or so back and want it to serve as a ‘before picture’ of my communication skills prior to the 6 week SWC bootcamp. Let me know your thoughts.
