Today was my first day attempting the 5 min video journal.I played it back to watch my body language and what I’m struggling on. I notice I repeat my words and second guess what I’m saying sometimes. Also, I tried using less filler words and take pauses when I talk. So far day 1 complete hopeful in time I’ll see a difference.
