Got some exercise in today and made sure to get my steps up. Also, started improving my eating habits, being more intentional with what I’m putting into my body. Finished studying Module 3 of the SWC too. 🙌🏾
Had a nice productive day , went gym after work, completed some career and arabic study , currently completing Lesson 2 Module 2 and completing the tasks associated with that lesson to then hopefully gage an idea if i ever tried to change the current pattern I am running and what happened as a result.
Tiring day today. Went uni, attended ISOC bbq and managed to get 8k steps in. Commuting time is a pain. Started week 4 of SWC, the data forecast analogy was really helpful and I’m going to track it for this week.
