How can I do a muscle up i always try and I can only get to my chest Any tips? Here's some of my stats 10-12 pullups (8 with 4kgs) 25-30 dips (15-20 with 4kgs) Im 5'6 and 84kg
So I am trianing planche and I want to optimize everything as much as possible so I have a small question what is better for progressing towards planche and planche push-ups. Pseudo planche push-ups or banded tuck planche push-ups ?? Thanks
I've been doing banded muscle ups for a while now, and have plateaued since I started my bulk. (I think its because the size I've gained is making my muscle ups heavier) What strategies helped you gain strength to complete your first muscle up?
