Can someone give me tips on what a push day should look like? Right now I’m doing the handstand push-up progressions and then after I am doing the 15-12-10-8-5 dropset with dips wearing a small weighted vest. Each week I am trying to add more reps. Is this good for push day or should I add more. Pull day is about the same but with front lever instead
