Which is more important to building muscle? Protein intake or calories? Recently I was tracking and getting about 3600-3800 calories a day and I wasnβt gaining any weight or making progress. My carb intake was super high. Recently I am trying to switch to a much higher protein intake. Which is more important for adding mass? I have not been making progress while eating 3600-3800 calories Iβm not sure why? (Yes I track my calories, usually underestimate)
