A quick background about me: I started going to the gym at 16, but I never really took it seriously. Honestly, it was more about being able to say โI go to the gymโ rather than truly enjoying it. I even went through a so-called โbulking phaseโ with no real purpose. Eventually, I stopped going altogether because I didnโt have any real passion for it.
Last year, I decided to try calisthenics โ and it turned out to be the best decision Iโve ever made. Since then, itโs been an amazing journey. Iโve been constantly learning, and Iโve seen massive improvements not only physically, but mentally as well.
