Need some advice
Hey guys
I’m Helal and I’m 15 turning 16 on Halloween, I have been doing 2 sets max pushups pull-ups and dips almost everyday for ages but not being consistent with it like I’d do it everyday one week then skip a week then everyday the next.
I’m also cutting, getting ready for an event (3 weeks)
I would like to know what i need to do in order to achieve calisthenics strength during the cut
I also need advice on staying consistent and doing it even when I don’t want to.
And also staying on track with my diet
