Need some advice
Hey guys I’m Helal and I’m 15 turning 16 on Halloween, I have been doing 2 sets max pushups pull-ups and dips almost everyday for ages but not being consistent with it like I’d do it everyday one week then skip a week then everyday the next. I’m also cutting, getting ready for an event (3 weeks) I would like to know what i need to do in order to achieve calisthenics strength during the cut I also need advice on staying consistent and doing it even when I don’t want to. And also staying on track with my diet Thanks

@Chan Woo Park thanks my cut has ended I’m doing a body recomp now so I’m likely going to gain muscle and lose fat I’ll just train hard and keep going my workouts are just 2 sets max pushups pull-ups and dips with some bicep curls and box jumps

Hey everyone! I just joined this Skool group after coming across Daemon's videos on YouTube, super inspiring stuff. I’ve set a goal to achieve a handstand push-up, muscle-up, and significantly increase my pull-up numbers by October 31st (my birthday 🎉). Right now, I’m not exactly sure where to start, but I’ve tracked my current stats to get a baseline: - Push-ups: 30 - Pull-ups: 5 - Dips: 10 I’m 15 and I really believe I’ve got potential, I just need some guidance on how to move forward and what I should focus on improving. Looking forward to learning from you all and making progress!

I am going to focus on Pushups, Pullups and Dips. Here is what my plan looks like: Monday: Push Day - Push-ups: 4 sets to near failure - EMOM Push-ups: 5 push-ups every minute for 5 minutes - Dips: 3 sets to near failure - Pike Push-ups: 3 x 6–10 reps Tuesday: Pull Day - Pull-ups: 5 sets of 3–5 reps - Australian Rows: 3 x 10–12 - Dead Hang: 3 sets of max time Friday: Full Push + Pull - Push-ups: Max reps x 1 set - Dips: 2–3 sets - Pull-ups: 3 sets, leave 2 reps in the tank - Optional Skill Work: Handstand practice (3–5 mins) Wednesday and Sunday: I'll practise some skills. Do i need to change anything? Let me know :)

@Daemon Caliversity 3 currently but I’m hoping to do decrease the days and do whatever is needed to achieve my goals by November
