Arm growth
Does anyone have really good tips on getting huge arms from just calisthenics. I have been hitting total rep goals each day trying to progress with the basics like 100 dips on push day and 70+ pull-ups on pull days. Do you guys recommend doing anything for arm specifically or just stick with the two basic exercises and they will eventually grow. I feel like my chest and back are going ahead of arms
