Hey everyone! I just joined this Skool group after coming across Daemon's videos on YouTube, super inspiring stuff. I’ve set a goal to achieve a handstand push-up, muscle-up, and significantly increase my pull-up numbers by October 31st (my birthday 🎉).
Right now, I’m not exactly sure where to start, but I’ve tracked my current stats to get a baseline:
- Push-ups: 30
- Pull-ups: 5
- Dips: 10
I’m 15 and I really believe I’ve got potential, I just need some guidance on how to move forward and what I should focus on improving. Looking forward to learning from you all and making progress!
