- Winter season practice (water element) — suppleness, breath, and cardiovascular awareness
- Elemental Qigong movements to support kidney energy
- Hissing Goose breathing to awaken ribs and deepen breath
- Ocean stepping drills
- Coordinating arms and legs through chaining movements
