Restarting challenge
Completed 7 day challenge but restarting again, as each day I have learnt something which makes me think 'I didn't appreciate that fully on that day'. In short I am learning and my practice will always be in the form of going around in circle. Enjoying each dip into the classroom and excited to continue

@Claire Elliott I really like Sonny’s view that we practice in a big spiral - we are able to revisit, evaluate and get a new view and learn something new each time
🌿 7-Day Challenge Accountability Thread
Hey everyone, whether you’re starting fresh because you just arrived or you’re restarting like me to re-establish your practice, this is our spot. The 7-day challenge always feels more grounding when we move together, so this post will stay pinned for our daily check-ins. Let’s show up, keep it simple, and take it one day at a time. ✅ How to Check In Each Day After you finish your practice, follow these three steps: 1. State which day of the challenge you’re on. Example: Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, etc. 2. How you felt before and after. One short sentence for each. 3. Screenshot or photo: A quick picture of your screen, TV, or you practicing. Feel free to leave encouragement for others. A little support goes a long way. ✨ Sample Check-In 1. Day: 1 2. Before: Feeling tight 3. After: Calm and relaxed 4. (Photo attached)

@Kirby Mannon Sonny - it has been fun and a learning experience to revisit some of our fundamentals.

Day 4 revisited - Before: another busy workday so I needed my Qigong and Tai Chi. I am a bit behind on the live sessions, so I completed the 12/2 sessions and then went on to Day 4. It was a workout for my legs and fun to revisit some fundamentals. After: feel relaxed and calm.
Hello

@David Ervin great reminder for all of us!
Range of movement Improved
This is a small thing that's kind of a big thing. This morning after the live class, I was putting on socks (it's a frigid 45 degrees in Sacramento lol), and I just bent over and put my socks on. For a really long time (years) I have to lift up my leg by grabbing my pant leg, and lifting it up, then am able to put on a sock while sitting. Today I'm able to bend over and put the sock on without thinking about it. I just wanted to say thanks.
