Restarting challenge
Completed 7 day challenge but restarting again, as each day I have learnt something which makes me think 'I didn't appreciate that fully on that day'. In short I am learning and my practice will always be in the form of going around in circle. Enjoying each dip into the classroom and excited to continue

“Stand tall like a mountain, flow like a great river and learn to play with gravity.”
The first part of this statement is a classical saying associated with Tai Ji while the addition of “learn to play with gravity” is something my teacher in Beijing, Zhang Wei Dong, would add. He never said whether it was his own or something he heard from somewhere else, but to me it always fit perfectly with the classical phrase. Does this statement resonate or inspire you? Does it make you think of any particular part of your practice? I will get started first below in the comments!

Day 1, Was a long day at work ,, then I had to go into Lake Worth to assist my younger brother with is truck ,,, so after my Cold Shower ,,, into the practice ,, started of slow .... 2. I noticed picking up qi (energy) as the practice progressed ,,, felt good and a lot more comfortable then when I first started the 7 day challenge back in October .. Finished first day !!❤️

Joshua Harris ,,, I actually Feel more of my body in each movement ,,,🤔 more cognizant of each New Sensation ,, the feeling of the air as it flows across my skin ,,, and how each movement effects me physically as well as mentally !! Overall the experience is great !!

Joshua Harris ,, I actually do not ware any shoes ( and as I practice alone ,,, I choose to wear very little ,,🤔 If anything at all ) I seek to feel every movement of my body with every motion I make ,, the feel of my surroundings ,, the effect of the air on my body as I move ,,, I don't want to miss anything ,,, even the smallest nuances ,,, Any New Sensation ,, I take note of even the smallest affect !!!
