Mar 3rd - LIVE Call w/ Gentleman’s Gazette Founder
On Tuesday, March 3rd from 10AM to 11AM, we're bringing in the man himself — Sven Raphael Schneider, founder of Gentleman's Gazette - for a private, no-BS live Q&A. No fashion fluff. No influencer nonsense. Just one of the most respected voices in classic men's style, answering your questions directly. Here's what we're getting into: - The real rules of timeless style - how to look sharp in actual life, not just a photoshoot. - The small details (fit, fabric, proportion, restraint) that instantly signal taste and authority. - The classic style traps that make good guys look like they're wearing a costume. - How to build a wardrobe where everything actually works together. - When to honor tradition — and when to break it with intention. - And Sven's philosophy on why how you dress is a form of respect — for yourself and everyone in the room. If you want that quiet, effortless "this guy clearly knows what he's doing" energy - this is the call! ✅ Premium & VIP members: You're already in. See you there! 👀 Free members: This is your sign. Click here to upgrade your membership before March 3rd and don't miss it!

It's going to get too warm for winter today - as high as 80. Boo! I will try to add photos later - the Skool.com website is giving me horrid trouble with this whole post. Rebooted, checked internet... it's not on my side. Today's Outfit Dress Shirt — DS‑042 (Charles Tyrwhitt Cotton‑Linen Prince of Wales): This mid‑blue cotton‑linen Prince of Wales shirt brings crisp texture and visual refinement while staying breathable for a warm 75°F day. The classic point collar and subtle check pattern provide a polished backdrop for a navy silk tie and cream linen vest. Undershirt — US‑022 (Sene MTM White Pima Cotton): This made‑to‑measure Peruvian Pima cotton undershirt sits invisibly beneath the dress shirt, offering exceptional softness and breathability. It keeps the torso cool and structured without adding bulk or interfering with the shirt’s silhouette. Vest — VWC‑004 (Perry Ellis Linen Herringbone in Cream/Bone): A cream linen herringbone vest adds lightness and refinement, breaking up the blue tones of the shirt and trousers with warm contrast. The textured weave and tailored shape elevate the look while remaining perfectly appropriate for warm‑weather business settings. Trousers — SL‑012 (Peter Millar Italian Blue Wool): These Italian Blue wool trousers provide excellent drape and a refined, professional line that anchors the lower half of the outfit. Their light wool construction keeps them comfortable in warm temperatures and harmonizes perfectly with the blue POW shirt above. Tie — NT‑024 (Fort Belvedere, Crunchy Swiss Cri de la Soie, Blue Mottled Silk): This Fort Belvedere Cri de la Soie tie brings a uniquely textured, lightly crunchy silk that catches light differently at each angle, giving the blue a deep, almost water‑like dimensionality. Its square blade and mottled weave add quiet visual interest without breaking business formality, making it the perfect elevated choice for a warm‑weather vest outfit where texture matters more than sheen.

The best undershirt I have worn is…
If you’re a man that values the benefits of an undershirt (insulation in all temps, separation from your dress shirt and skin) but hates the common problems they pose (wrinkles and droopy collar, shoes wrinkles through the shirt, or a heavy undershirt to tackle these but it’s not sufficiently soft), I am with you. I played around with Hanes and Ralph Lauren Polo for a few years, switched to New Religion (which are great but not sufficiently heavy), and the … Sene. To be clear, I am just a fan and have never received anything from them. Heck, they might not like what I’m about to say. Sene technically makes t shirts and not undershirts. I simply found them to be the perfect undershirt: super soft, super comfortable, heavy weight so it doesn’t wrinkle (I pull them out of the dryer and fold them), and their MTM process is impressive for a t shirt, including the fitter having me look at specific areas when I thought it fit well. He adjusted them further and then sent me another round which was the best fitted undershirt I have ever worn. These are expensive for an undershirt - about $100 per shirt. I ended up getting them at the Fourth of July sale for about $225 for a three pack (they pick the colors, but my pack of white, black, and navy is ideal).
