🧥 Weekly Challenge 2: Step Up Your Fall Style
This week - it’s all about textures and details. Fall is when you put away the lightweight stuff and start adding depth - wool, tweed, corduroy, flannel. 👉 Your challenge: Pick one outfit this week that highlights fall texture - maybe a wool blazer, a suede jacket, or even a flannel shirt with some structure. Then: 📸 Snap a quick photo (or describe your outfit) and share it here. The goal isn’t perfection - it’s getting intentional with your fall looks. 💬 Let’s see who can make the best use of texture this week.

Twelve Years and Hoping the Pair Arrives
Twelve years married to my Lovey. She’s my heart, my travel buddy, my best friend through every chapter. For our anniversary I ordered us matching Erebus Ascent watches, a 34 mm Duck Egg for her and a 41 mm Aventurine for me. A perfect pair to mark twelve years together. Now the Duck Egg shows as unavailable, and I’m getting strange customs alerts. Sitting here in the Hilton Bayfront jacuzzi, I can’t help but hope everything clears soon. A pair isn’t a pair if it isn’t together.

A lot of guys don't think about Art
One of the things that I've been a little ahead of in my journey to become more cultured and gentlemanly is in having some original artwork. We hit 7 sales today and although I didn't find any clothes or shoes that I couldn't live without, I did find this painting. I'm a big fan of Surrealism and I got this one for a great price today. I didn't even know who the artist was but I've been in this game long enough to recognize quality so I grabbed it up. I was researching it a bit just now and I've located the artist - John Floyd Morris 1920-1991. John Floyd Morris was active/lived in United States. John Morris is known for Landscape, surrealism. John Floyd Morris was a fascinating American member of the circle of Surrealists that included Dali, Ernst, Carrington, Eluard, Breton, and especially Edward James. I don't love the frame (mostly the color) but the work itself is skillfully executed and thought provoking. This is titled "Finalemente" which translates to "Finally" or "At Last" Warner
