This Stops Being About Clothes
There's a shift that happens for some men. They stop asking "does this look okay?" and start knowing. Not because they memorized rules — but because they've built a standard for themselves. A quiet confidence that doesn't need to announce itself. You see it in how they walk into a room. In how people respond to them before they say a word. In how much mental energy they have left for things that actually matter. That's not style. That's identity. And identity isn't bought — it's built, through consistent habits and deliberate choices made over time. That's what RMRS Premium is designed for. Not trends. Not outfit grids. A structured path to becoming the man who looks sharp because of who he is — not what he's wearing. If that shift sounds like something you want, the door's open: https://www.skool.com/rmrs/plans

Gone Fishin
At least I wish I was. Soon. Have a couple of trips in the works. And Boy am I ready. Today’s outfit was inspired by my zombie chambray shirt. Zombie in that I gave it a new life by having my tailor flip the collars over. It is easily 30+ years old. As is my tie. The coat was made 29 years and nearly 2 months ago. The shoes are at least 44 years old. The Darn Tough socks (my first pair of that brand) I discovered in Ely MN on a scout trip to the Boundary Waters 10 years ago. The silk pocket square and belt are a few months old and the super light weight gaberdine trousers I’ve had for a few days. Did I say so need to go fishin? I need to go fishin….

4/12/2026 second Sunday of Easter
Today was the Second Sunday of Easter. It was a beautiful warm day outside so we took pictures outside. In the pictures you can see a hose and cleaning supplies as the high school students are cleaning the stain.glass windows from the outside. Today’s outfit started with the third of the shirts I received a couple of weeks ago, a grey Winchester. With it I put grey trousers, a sage double breasted jacket, a gold and black bow tie, black derbies and my Sage Open Road. The socks are grey and black argyle. The lapel pin is my member pin from the Shamrock Club whose meeting I attended this afternoon. And for those wondering, Robin did get some snaps of the students washing the windows.
