Down to 210 lbs, a one-handed chin up as of this morning, 120 pushups, and 2-minute planks. Sure, neither pushups nor planks are part of the routine, but I wanted to know where I am with those, and now I know. I started at zero for both of those. 8 months, half an hour a week, no gym, no carb counting. A pair of rings, walking, more protein, less carb. No counting, just a bit more and less, respectively. That's really it. I'm not special. If I can do it, so can you. GET IT!
