Hopefully Back To Normal Soon

Hi Everyone. Since I had my knee replacement surgery 10 days ago, I’ve basically been pretty immobile and unable to leave the house. Today was the first day I was independently able to shower which I am very grateful for. As a result I’ve basically been living in lounging pajamas and tee shirts while navigating everywhere with my walker and starting today, a cane.

Having my post op meeting with my doctor this Monday after my regular PT, I’m hoping to get a real grade of progress and if my knee is bendable enough, the green light to drive and do light activities again.

Can’t wait to slip on a pair of slacks, casual shirt, watch, bracelet and fragrance and meet the world again. I know full well recovery is months away but every little step is truly appreciated.
