Fishing while kiddos swim

The kiddos and staff and my wife went swimming at camps pool so I went and spent some alone time fishing . Had some bites. U know what they say a bad day of fishing is better than a bad day of work lol ok camp isn’t really work but y’all get it. Some times it’s nice to breath and relax and be alone . And yes I was throwing top water spinner , and have one of the most deadliest rod and reel combos , a pen battle 3000 reel and a 6’7” medium action st.croix rod
