Bad Fall, Nice Recovery

As I’ve posted I’ve been dealing with back and knees problems. Yesterday I unfortunately had a fall on an uneven cobblestone street. Because I’m on a blood thinner a fall always brings threat of a brained bleed. Fortunately, I was able to break my fall with my palms and had a bruised palm and scraped knee. No headache or swelling. The big takeaway was a group of strangers stopped to offer me aid one couple even offered to take me to a medical center. What a nice gesture with all the negativity in the country.
