Take 3 minutes to yourself in quiet thought.
What are you grateful for?
Me?
A Sunday morning.
Quiet house.
Full heart.
A few minutes to actually slow down…
Gratitude isn’t about chasing happiness.
It’s about finding peace.
When I look back over the last two years, through the darkest moment of my life, I can clearly see this truth:
I wouldn’t be here, building what I’m building, creating work that truly helps people, standing in front of audiences who need to hear the message without that pain. I’m grateful for that.
Gratitude creates a shift. It reminds us of what’s real. It takes us out of the noise and into alignment.
Even when you’re stuck, you’re still searching, and that means you’re not done yet. That means you’re closer than you think.
Because when you get aligned with where you want to go, you start reaching for the impossible.
So I’ll ask again…
What are you grateful for—right now, in this exact moment?
