Lonely ol’ man again?
Just sitting on this call all by myself. I’ll keep getting my clients work done during this silence. 😃 I’ll be here for 20 more minutes.

Very true. I hope he comes out and throws for 400 yds. 😃
Buffering
I’ve labeled the last few weeks as difficult. Last night while counseling a couple of young women, I realized that it’s not difficult —it’s buffering. When the audio or video isn’t quite catching up and they’re trying to sync with the internet. Then all of a sudden the sync happens and everything speeds up to catch up. And finally it all calms down and comes together. I’ve been working on my business, my health, with my family and in my home. I’ve actually enjoyed the quiet slower pace. It’s been quite lovely. The wins have been small, but enjoyable. Learning how to make sourdough bread. Win! Learning how to make gluten free sourdough bread. Not a win yet but baby steps. It was edible. And the chickens liked it. Learning to hatch eggs. Growing meat chickens to process soon Making fun herbal holiday gifts Attending real estate classes. Making a vision board Spending so much time with my daughter and many more… They’re all enjoyable and I’ve loved having this buffering time that has given me time to breathe and feel peace. My expectations of where I thought I’d be—that’s the battle that goes on inside me. I’m learning to allow the buffering to happen. Enjoy the buffering. Enjoy tiny wins that accumulate into bigger leaps forward. There is a season for all things.

I love your take on “buffering.” What a great reframe and super helpful for me. “Edible and the chickens like it.” 😂😂😂😂
Alex Hormozi's Belief on Goal Setting
How does Alex Hormozi's view on Goal Setting differ from your beliefs? 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞… 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞: 1. Set a crazy goal. 2. Have no plan to actually hit it 3. Get distracted halfway through the year 4. Realize you’re not gonna hit it 5. Set a new goal So if you'd like to win, you do the opposite: Set a data-driven goal. Map out the inputs to hit it. And stay focused. But here's the problem: Most business owners don't have this skill. It's why they've been in the same spot for years. They set the same goals. They take the same actions. And as a result, they get the same outcomes.

Time tracking
I need a sheet for one of my clients that’s much prettier than my standard excel sheet. Does anyone have one I can use? Thanks in advance.

My group helps you get unstuck, stop living on auto-pilot and achieve more. You don’t have a vision - we will help you create one with a tool we use.
