You have to create a new identity to achieve what you want. We have to train our minds against protection to keep us the "same" safe person. That requires self-awareness. Internal and External. Internal is how we see ourselves. How do we reflect that we show up every day? External, which many of us lack, is "How we show up to other people. How we impact them." What story are you still telling yourself that no longer serves you? What does your Future You know that you're still learning? What would radical ownership look like today? DO THE WORK - DON'T GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS.
