Clavicle day
Today just balloon breath, wall reset and zeroing followed by the clavicle exercises. I felt a lot more in what I think might be the zero line - ie spacious and tall- after the zeroing.
The elbow crease reset really does give a lot more spaciousness in the armpit. I can feel my arms hanging from my shoulder joints now. Neat! (And how interesting to think I’ve been holding them up so much of the time)
