Use this flow when depression settles in, you feel heavy in the body, foggy in the mind, and difficult to move through the flow of life. This week we focus on gentle movement, breath, and energy flow to support the body through emotional heaviness and help reconnect with a sense of lightness, presence, and renewal. This flow is not about forcing yourself to “feel better.” It’s about creating space for your body, breath, and energy to soften, one gentle movement at a time.
