LIVE Qigong Class is happening in 7 days

Welcome!
Qigong is a gentle, restorative movement practice that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance. Through slow, intentional movements, breathwork, and mindful awareness, regular practice can help reduce stress, improve circulation, increase energy, support emotional regulation, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner calm. Unlike yoga, which often emphasizes stretching, poses, and physical flexibility, Qigong centers on fluid movement, energetic alignment, and cultivating life‑force energy (Qi). It’s accessible to all bodies and all levels, offering a grounded, meditative experience that nourishes both the nervous system and the spirit. This online group class provides a supportive space to move gently, reconnect with your body, and build a consistent practice that enhances overall well‑being. Each week, I’ll offer one live Qigong class so we can practice together as a collective. These live sessions will rotate through different flows with specific areas of focus — such as relieving stress, boosting vitality, and exploring seasonal movements that support the body throughout the year. As a premium member, you’ll also receive access to a growing library of movements categorized by focus area. This allows you to practice at your own pace, revisit flows you love, and build confidence in your personal Qigong journey. I encourage you to share your experiences in our group discussion space — the progress you’re noticing, shifts in your physical or emotional well‑being, or insights from your practice. Your reflections help strengthen our community and remind us that healing is something we can cultivate together.

8.27 Flow of the Week: The Five Elements
The Five Elements Flow recording is now available for you to practice and can be found in the classroom. This classic sequence brings balance and harmony to the body. Moving with the elements connects our bodies to nature, bringing focus to Metal (Lungs), Water (Kidneys), Wood (Liver), Fire (Heart), and Earth (Stomach and Spleen). Enjoy the graceful movements as you connect your inner power to the elements in nature to feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed in the present moment. Let me know what you think of this flow! I love to hear your thoughts and feedback on your own practice.

8.20 Flow of the Week: Morning Rejuvenation & Acupressure Facial
This week's Flow of the Week helps you wake up in the morning and smooth out any fine lines and/or puffiness in your face and neck. This is my go to morning routine and I'm so happy to be able to share it with you. Video is available in the Classroom under " Flow of the Week." The first half of this flow prepares your body and energy for your day. Grounding, clearing, activating, stretching, and some light breathwork, this flow has a little bit of everything . The second half of the flow gives your face a little boost of glowing vitality by activating the pressure points on your face, ears, head, and neck. Incorporate these movements as part of your daily skin care routine, and you won't be disappointed. Let me know what you think of this flow!

Upcoming Class: Morning Rejuvenation & Acupressure Facial
This week's Flow of the Week is a personal favorite of mine and is something I have incorporated into my daily routine. The first part of the flow is all about waking up your body in preparation for the day ahead. It includes a little bit of everything you need to get up and get going. The second part is about bringing the glow of vitality to your face by clearing away the stress and activating the many pressure points in your face, head, neck, and ears. When I have the time, I like to use this in my morning and evening skin care routine to help tone and flush my face of any toxins. I hope you enjoy this week's upcoming session and find it to be a helpful way to get your day moving in the right direction.
