5.21 Flow of the Week: Migraine Relief
This week's flow session is now posted in the Classroom for you to practice to your heart's content. The Migraine Relief flow is made up of multiple movements designed to help clear tension held in the head, neck, and shoulders to provide relief from pain and discomfort. This week's session is a little bit of everything - stretching, breathwork, acupressure point activation, and slow meditative movements. Upcoming Class: Migraine Relief
This Thursday, we will work through a flow designed to help minimize migraine headaches. As a migraine sufferer myself, I wish I would have known about this practice when I was younger. Can’t wait to see you all on Thursday (5/21) at noon! If you can’t make it the recording will be available until the following Thursday.

Moving with the elements connects our bodies to nature, bringing focus to Metal (Lungs), Water (Kidneys), Wood (Liver), Fire (Heart), and Earth (Stomach and Spleen). Suffering from pain or discomfort in your back? Do you spend all day sitting, and you're starting to feel the effects? Reducing Back Pain (found in the Flow of the Week course in the classroom) is a great flow to help you ease the tension and stress you're feeling along your spine. Removing stagnation in your organs and glands can help you ease any inflammation felt in your back. Take your time with this flow, focusing on what movement helps you the most and incorporate it into your daily routine.
