Welcome to My Virtual Qigong Class
Qigong is a gentle movement practice that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance. Through slow, intentional movements, breathwork, and mindful awareness, regular practice can reduce stress, improve circulation, increase energy, support emotional regulation, and cultivate inner calm. It’s accessible to all bodies and levels, offering a grounded, meditative experience that nourishes the nervous system and spirit.
This online group class creates a supportive space to move gently, reconnect with your body, and build a consistent practice. Each week, I will offer one live session with rotating flows designed for a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Each live session will be recorded and made available until the following week's session. Premium members will also receive access to a growing library of individual movements to explore at their own pace.
