It’s accessible to all bodies and levels, offering a grounded, meditative experience that nourishes the nervous system and spirit.
This online group class creates a supportive space to move gently, reconnect with your body, and build a consistent practice. Each week, I offer 3 live sessions with rotating flows focused on stress relief, vitality, and seasonal support. Premium members also receive access to a growing library of movements to explore at their own pace.
