Selling on other platforms

And it got me thinking, does anyone in this community sell on other platforms besides Etsy? If not, why don't you consider it? I noticed on PrintShrimp's integration page there is an option to build your own integration.

I'm a beginner at the moment so it isn't something I would start doing, I'm just curious if other people who are more experienced are doing this to try and scale.
