frames
need help! i have 2 pending orders to Japan. however they have added frames and i thought frames are only available in uk? what do i tell the customer how do i stop it from hapning again thanks

They are available but the postage will be 19.99 did you at least set that up right? and to stop selling worldwide you need to set up your shipping profile to have only the countries you want to ship to in there. https://printshrimp.com/pages/pricing If you didn't set the postage or really don't want to send the print then all you can do is cancel the order.

@Janine Ulyatt the 19.99 is for the rest of the world shipping which you get charged hence you have to charge it to the customer otherwise you are 19.99 out of pocket if you look at the pricing page i linked before its all there in black and white.

Suspension of new store
Does anyone have experience with Etsy suspending a new store? I already run a Etsy store, I created a new one to sell new things but it was ‘permanently suspended’ I sent an appeal but now worried it may affect my other accounts? I only created it a few days ago..

its possible their automations got you, did you use a different email address? leave set up half complete? use a vpn? so many things now get picked up by the bots now and equal a suspension .. its like they dont want us to make accounts and make them money.. you can try appealing but that hasnt been going well for others lately and its a 2 week wait on average to be told 'no'

framed print query
How can I create new listings that have framed options, without turning of US pricing and re-doing the frame process on printshrimp for every listing

copy one of your already live listings and safe it as a draft then you copy that listing every time you are making a new one. I recommend clearing the description put the title as poster draft remove tags etc from it so its as clean as possible when you copy it for a new listing.

Image Styles
Hi all 4 months into selling posters - things are growing month on month, but as I'm scaling with more posters in my store I'm wondering about styles. My niche is travel posters (shock!), I have one/two styles but think I want to add more variation. Would anyone recommend this, or do you all keep a familiar style of image for consistency? My mockups etc. are consistent across all listings but just feel a variation of styles would go down well. What are your overall thoughts?

My poster style was new (border, title and subtitle layout), i do need to add full bleed back in too but time is a bit lacking atm due to family drama.. My niche is cosy fantasy/gaming so inspired by WoW, Diablo, Skyrim etc very much if you know you know kind of shop i guess. I might have to add some brain rot stuff like some rusty spoons and maybe a magical Liopleurodon...

@Grant Smillie yea me too the tism has been in full swing taking me back to the many hours i played wow.. and the years i played eve online everything is kind of memory invoking than outright game stuff trying not to get slapped by the IP gods ya know lol
