it might be just a side effect of the style as i can see brush strokes its possible its hard coded in kind of result. you could try adding something in like wording in 'flat color areas' with 'textured brush strokes' over the top of that. if you want to share your prompt i can see if i can work some magic on it.

@Jenna Dale well you can't win them all costs of doing business you have to be prepared for worst case. Time to double check your policies and make sure they are correct, as this might have been a reason for etsy to just refund.

@Jenna Dale just make sure its clear they will have to contact you to arrange the return of the item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it and they need to cover the cost of that return for anything other than a damaged item kind of thing.

@Geoff Nugent the bigger the discount the more likely they will convert, sadly the etsy automated emails has trained people to put something in their basket and wait to see how big a discount they can get. I believe I read somewhere that anything lower than 20% isn't really an incentive to buy .. or that might just be Etsy talk I just don't know anymore I've absorbed too much information over the last year lol Maybe just increase the abandoned basket one see if it converts better?.. if obviously your margins can handle it.

mine haven't changed in the slightest either, im guessing there will be a bit of a dip as we are now gearing up for black friday so people will be holding off for the discounts.

I would double check with them.

@Harry Chisholm I wouldnt fulfill the 2nd one until they confirm, easier to refund it and then have them reorder if they did want a second one.
