Congrats on your first sale. Here you can simulate when you will get your tracking. Just select the country and use the tool. Tracking times differ from print only to frames, so use the correct tool to check that ☺️ https://printshrimp.com/pages/pricing

It’s not possible through normal process. Only the UK has express shipping. You can message PS and ask them if they can quote you express shipping in the US.

hi, i want to set up my first etsy shop and the first set of questions is the currency of the shop, printshrimp is in pounds so should i set my shop currency as pounds or as rands (im based in South Africa)

Set-up your shop in your local currency. Also when you are prompted for the address, add your own.
