Discount on multiple orders with Printshrimp?
Hello, i am sure I have read somewhere that you get a discount with multiple orders from printshrimp, however I could not find anything written. Does anyone know of this and can you point me to where the page that shows the discount please? P.S I have made my first sale a week or so ago and my second a few days ago, I am SO excited! After a month of giving it my all, I am starting to finally see results!

There are no discounts currently on with PS. Maybe @Tom Beeston can shed some light on this as you're not the first one who highlights it.

One star review
Hey all, ive just had a one star review from someone because the picture came unframed and they searched for framed prints 🙄 ive messaged them and no response. Is it worth taking it up with etsy or just live with it? (Its clear in description that its unframed...they probably didn't bother to read it).

If the listing is clear that it comes unframed, raise it with Etsy; unlikely that they will take it down but it is worth a try. Also check listing attibutes if it's marked as framed; customers don't see these but they categorise the lising, reason why customer might have found it under framed. Wait a bit longer as some customers take their time to respond. Then you can reply to the review if you don't get to any resolution.

Failed delivery due to wrong address by customer
Customer ordered to wrong address and got returned to sender, any advice, happy to offer discount for them to re order or should I get them to open a case with Etsy. Assume printers don’t really get prints back when they get returned to sender

Firstly open a case with PS and see what they say. Sometimes they re-send it but depends on the case

Upscaling
Do I have to upscale every image that I upload to Etsy or is there a chance to do that after an order is made? I have a lot of designs made on Canva and about to start uploading.

@Colm Fitzpatrick they are, but you need to upload the prints to PrintShrimp, not to Etsy.

cancel order
I put in an order about two hours ago. It still hasn’t been put into production it says it’s just been paid and I’ve reported help to cancel the order but nothing happened yet. just needed help to know if that would in time before it is made?
