My Dispatch level has dropped due to framed prints taking more time in production. Is there a way to change the processing time for framed prints?

Hey guys, i would really like some opinions on my shop, i am currently 3 months in and i only did 13 sales. I would really appreciate some tips/advice on what should i change to improve my shop and increase my sales, i believe that they are very low. Can you please help me out? I just heard the 'kerching' noise and saw that I had my first sale on Etsy. Very excited but apprehensive too. Need to work out how to re-size the image (make sure there are enough pixels) and work out how to process it to PS without forgetting anything and not marking as complete before it is 🙄 I just need to get familiar with the process to feel confident with it all (then I'll make myself a checklist 😍). Anyway, I'm off the starting blocks at last! Woo Hoo...

Hi everyone 👋🏼To encourage your first sale did you get a friend or family member to buy your first poster or did you wait for a 'real' sale that was not 'prompted'? I wonder if people feel a bit unseasy being the first to buy from a new shop or one with no reviews! Your thoughts and how you approached this would be good to hear.

Hi all, my latest order has been delivered, confirmed in messages by the buyer. But the order is stuck on ‘Tracked on Royal Mail’ - The buyer wants to leave a nice review but is unable to do so. Anyone had this? I can’t see how to get it marked as Delivered. Thanks
