Selling on other platforms
I came across this article: https://medium.com/@thebudgetpurse/my-top-26-marketplaces-where-i-sell-my-ai-art-in-2025-e6d0bd5144db And it got me thinking, does anyone in this community sell on other platforms besides Etsy? If not, why don't you consider it? I noticed on PrintShrimp's integration page there is an option to build your own integration. I'm a beginner at the moment so it isn't something I would start doing, I'm just curious if other people who are more experienced are doing this to try and scale.

@Samantha Blake Fair enough, thanks for that insight. But doesn't Shopify completely rely on you generating your own traffic from ads, social media posts etc? Is this still more desirable than setting up on different platforms similar to Etsy and taking advantage of their existing traffic?
Complying with GSPR
Hi so I'm new here and I've been creating my Etsy shop, and reached the section where you can choose to enable selling to GSPR states. I asked Claude AI which I'm using as an assistant, and it said to list PrintShrimp as an economic partner (in addition to a production partner). Does this seem correct? If so, I believe a need a phone number for PrintShrimp but cannot see one on the website. Can I receive a phone number to use on here? Thanks

@Sophie Walker As far as I understood it, you do not need an economic partner if you're a sole trader. You only do if you're a professional seller (running as an actual business / LTD company). If you're self employed then it isn't necessary. But always trust your own instincts and research if you've seen otherwise. Good luck

@Sophie Walker These screenshots are from Etsy. They suggest an economic operator is only required if you're operating as a business. If you're self employed and this is a side hustle, then you are not required. At least this is how I understand it, but I may be wrong
ai
what ai is ideal for travel style posters from everyone’s experience? ideally free, if not a low cost one? struggling to find anything decent that actually generates images at a scalable size without cropping loads of image

Leonardo has been great for me so far, it also has a built in upscaler. I think the cheapest plan is around $10 a month, but would honestly use your credits pretty quickly if upscaling often.
Etsy shop review?
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to quickly look at my shop and give some critique or tell me what I'm doing well. I only have 6 listings so far, so would greatly appreciate some advice before I carry on doing anything suboptimal. Thanks so much https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/MJMythicPrints
Frames
When a customer orders a framed variation on Etsy (e.g. A3 Black Frame), does PrintShrimp's integration automatically detect it needs to be framed? Or do I need to manually select framed when fulfilling? Also, do I need to disable global and domestic pricing for frames to work? I saw this on the short 2 minute video on PrintShrimp's website, or was this just a step people needed to take to add frames to their existing listings?
