this module is in depth and wonderful. I’ll be on a flight during the check in call tomorrow. I’ve got a question that I’m hopeful you can answer for the group and I can watch the recording. My overall health is great. My whoop score is consistently >85%, 13.9 BF%, great blood pressure, can easily crush a 10k and recover quickly, etc. BUT my HRV is <50 consistently. What else could be impacting my HRV? What additional tests can I do (I’ve got 5 years of Whoop data)? I’d love to diagnose and improve my HRV but I’m at a loss…help!?!?
