This will be the year that biotechnology makes the evolution of healthcare possible. Our metabolic health services are expanding in the following ways to support clients, students, corporate partners, and allies in the healthcare industry. Integration of wearable technology into V02 max testing and metabolic assessments. This allows our team at Physiology First to monitor sleep, diet, and program adherence and make real time modifications to assure optimal programming, and provide essential support. This will be the new paradigm in health optimization. The practitioners who capture this market/impact opportunity this year will forge the relationships and partnerships that may not be available next year-this is an example of an opportunity where first movers advantage is essential, as the market working with data-based health and performance specialists will experience both increased adherence and customized programming based on real-time data. In short: They will be sticking with the coaches they choose this year because the coaches are using data, not dogma, and taking their health seriously. At the same time, our partners at Apogee are scaling alternative education centers at a rapid rate. This creates additional partnership opportunities for Physiology First to build campuses, partner with Apogee leaders, and shape the face of education for a generation. This is a once in a generation opportunity to evolve education and humanize health. And it is a window what is only open for a brief period of time, before someone moves into the same markets, and captures a client base that could have been better, and more genuinely served, by our team of game changers at Physiology First. I am working to build the team that leads the charge in this area. Hello everyone, I am currently organizing all of my physiology first notes into a google doc and was wondering if anyone would be interested in receiving a copy once I am finished. I am a decent note taker and love laying things out in a clear and organized fashion so they are very easy to read and understand.
