Checking in after the live training call
Checking in after the live training call - I did 3 more sets of the single leg bridges with the sock under my arch and I'm definitely feeling it more in my glutes. I noticed that my left glute feels quite a bit weaker than my right glute which I'm sure played a role in my left hamstring injury a couple of months ago. I had injured it after doing a set of heavy RDLs earlier in the day. I'm assuming my left hamstring must have had to compensate for my weaker left glute when doing the RDLs. I'm loving this version of the single leg bridge to really isolate and focus in on my left glute strength. Thanks for today David!
Women's Health Optimization Program for Fellowship Members
Team, Our ebook for the Women's Health Optimization Program is live! It is available for our Physiology First Fellowship members in the Links classroom. I'm working on a similar structure for our Student Strong (teen) Stay Strong (60+) and Certification, Fellowship, and Affiliate models. You'll find them as they develop in the Links section on Skool. Use this ebook to guide your implementation of our Women's Health Optimization Program, in conjunction with the Physiology First 5 app for personalization. I hope that you enjoy the format, and I look forward to diving deeper into the program on our next Tuesday evening call. I'll be holding webinars throughout the next several months for Fellowship members about specific elements of this program as well as our other core offerings, but hopefully this gives you a template to hit the ground running as we continue to learn, train, and evolve, together. Hope everyone is having an inspired weekend! David

Welcoming Emily Wallace to the Fellowship!
Team, We’re beyond honored and excited to welcome Emily Wallace, a perimenopause specialist and passionate health innovator to the Physiology First Fellowship. From the moment we connected, I knew Emily had the spark and drive to help shape the future of health. We couldn’t be more excited to deepen our collaboration through the Fellowship, and hopefully you’ll see her joining our Tuesday meetings very soon. Follow her incredible work on IG @perimenopausewithemily A few other exciting updates: Physiology First Fellowship Practitioner Health & Performance Portal Emily has a beautiful home gym with much of the same equipment we use at the campus. This gives us an opportunity to start doing live weekly trainings for the Fellowship, where we can take Emily and all Fellowship members who are able to attend through the Physiology First approach - workouts, strength training, conditioning, recovery, breathing, and more. We’ll archive these sessions so that all of us can train, learn, and develop the approach together. Physiology First Five App The Physiology First Five app is undergoing major development, some of it at the request of Joel, who is working to bring the app into schools in Sweden, and Sue, who is bringing it into schools in New Jersey. The app will now include a personal client dashboard that saves your data and allows you to track progress across our longevity benchmarks, strength benchmarks, conditioning tests, and overall health metrics, as well as data you input from your wearables. As always, this is a work in progress, so please continue giving input and feedback as we develop it. But it’s off to a strong, strong foundation. New Physiology First E-Books Finally, our Women’s Health Optimization program is getting its own e-book! Ultimately, I’d like to do this for the Certification, Fellowship, and Affiliate models themselves—creating streamlined resources where you can easily find the curriculum, understand how to access it, and see exactly how you can benefit from and implement it.
