Fellowship Resources: Answering Cindy's great questions
Team, @Cindy T. De Bonis asked some great questions and offered excellent suggestions for expanded resources. Let's tackle them! For now, what I'd like to see is: - A way to print the PDFs in the Professional Development Program (maybe I'm missing something, but I can't find any save/print option). You'll find pdf's in the Resources Section of each module in the Professional Development Program. I'm adding half a dozen more (Brain Health, Genetics, Women's Health, Personalized Nutrition, and others this week which you can use in presentations to companies, with clients, and in your faculty presentations for schools. - The 8-min. video you were referring to regarding the core of what "Physiology First" is. See the Health and Performance Platform here on Skool where this video is featured along with a step-by-step breakdown of exactly what to do for your own training as well as your client's. - What you mentioned creating during the call, regarding videos or a framework of many go-tos and ways to run workshops on various topics. You'll find these in the Professional Development Program - but I can always share new ideas as the work at our campus is constantly evolving and the gamification element as well as the curriculum is in a constant state of evolution as the science of the brain and body continues to develop at light speed. - Ideas and structure for kids specifically: how to make it fun, games, ideas, etc. I feel more prepared when it comes to adults, but with kids, I still draw a blank as to how to structure it. (I'm thinking ages 4–12.) Maybe other members here could chime in. You'll find many of these in the Professional Development Program - but some of our constants include bear crawl ball, breakdancing, and - The AI suggestions you mentioned during the call (platforms, scripts, how to set up easy automations, etc.). Set up a custom GPT using your preferred AI system and break it down into job roles for your company. Marketing, accounting, strategy, etc. Feed it your website, social content, goals, challenges, bottlenecks etc. Taking the time to train your AI is essential just like training an employee. Once you've done this, email scripts, platforms (use Replit) and automations (use Score App) take seconds. I once had a member who was very upset that we were teaching her to fish, instead of giving her a fish. She is now spending an insane amount of money on simple, free tasks because she never learned to use basic AI tools. Learn to fish :) It's as easy as setting up key roles in Chat GPT or Claude, talking to Replit the same way you would talk with a web designer, and understanding what you want automated. This requires you to know your own business - something that all of us need to mediate on daily. Once you know what you uniquely offer to the world, what problem it solves and for who, and what your personal goals are for the business the rest takes about an hour on the front end and a couple of minutes each day :)

Lots of moving pieces to keep together so I would like to piggyback off of Cindy here. - First Five app: I took the assessment again on my computer. It provides me with 5 actions, but I'm unclear now as to what's next. See video for Fellowship members sent yesterday. In summary - these 5 actions are a LOT to do :) Do them and use the Health and Performance Platform to guide your training! Is there a place in the programs to save the progress and the 5 actions. I was under the impression that once you used the First Five App that those results would carry forward to the Health and Performance Platform to track progress and guide training. An easy place to save these would be amazing for clients so they are easily accessible and to see progress at a glance. I am not super tech savvy so I may have simply missed this somewhere. PDF - I am also a pen and paper person so the ability to print and save these PDF documents is high priority for me. It makes it easier for me to access and use them as well instead of needing to go into the program every time. My population are women in menopause and women dealing with chronic pain due to pelvic floor imbalances, scars and the hormonal changes, including high cortisol, that occur through different stages of our lives. I would love to see more information shared about this topic as what is out there is woefully inadequate and often inaccurate as well.
Thank you all!
Hi all, Quick update from my side — the meeting with the school went really well! I’ll be on-site every Tuesday for the rest of the school year, running the program across all five pillars in blocks throughout the term, combining the Physiology First approach with my own framework. Excited to get started and will keep you posted as things move forward.🔥🔥🔥 Thank you for your support!❤️

Congratulations!!
Early birthday celebration. The power of art and the fight for a brighter future.
Good morning, team. I hope you’re all having an inspired start to the weekend. I was unexpectedly offline yesterday for an early birthday celebration. (Officially on Friday of this week.) I had the chance to see one of my favorite performers of all time here in London for the fourth time. The tickets had sold out, but I managed to get one at the last minute. Watching that level of artistry, creativity, and singular expression of talent only reinforced for me the depth and importance of the work we’re doing together. Every generation produces extraordinary creative minds. Our responsibility is to help young people understand and develop their unique biology so that their creativity and potential can flourish - not be overlooked or misunderstood. In an age of AI, authentic human creativity, curiosity, and individual expression become even more valuable. Thank you for being part of that mission. To quickly answer one of Cindy’s questions before I put together a more comprehensive response: when it comes to women’s health optimization-and health and fitness businesses more broadly-the standard across much of the industry is disgustingly low. Much of the advice circulating on social media is something far more than "wrong" - it lives in a category of incompetence all its own. Businesses built on IG trends or "one size fits all fast food fitness" rather than systems, science, and physiology eventually go bankrupt. If they don't go bankrupt on their own due to their inability to get people anything other than tired, we are directly competing with them as we scale. As mentioned we are starting an aggressive outreach campaign, looking for the best performance coaches, trainers, gym, owners clinic owners in the world as of this week. Our philosophy is simple: collaborate or compete. And we're playing to win. Meanwhile, larger organizations backed by private equity and venture capital are building highly structured operating systems that allow them to scale rapidly.

Code of Potential - I did not reply to the last chat as it would have simply been a repeat of Cindy's questions! 😂 (so thank you for asking all of those @Cindy T. De Bonis )
Book Club link🔗
Team, A new member to the group just pointed out that our first book Girls by Freya India needs to be ordered from the U.K currently, until it's May 5th US release date. Quick vote: Is it more convenient to start with another book until this one is accessible everyone (my apologies, I didn't realize it wasn't) or to simple order on Amazon UK? Looking forward to your thoughts and to kicking off this new chapter of monthly reading and discussion together! https://www.amazon.co.uk/Girls®-Gen-Z-Commodification-Everything/dp/1800754701

I’d like to start with a different book
Module 5
I have appreciated adding in the different aspects of these workouts into my own practice. I have not used Tabata for quite some time and recently started adding back in some plyometrics. I do have my own movement patterns that I practice for longevity but have also added these in several times a week. Zone 5 training has not been part of my own workouts in many years so this has also been a fun and challenging add on. I would not have any issues applying these plans with students, explaining them and advancing them as needed. Great module
