Excited to announce that me and Coach

are creating a brand new, professionally shot curriculum for both the Barefoot Basics and Breathing Basics Series🎥🔥 We're recording with team member Dan today and next Thursday!

We haven't had a turnout for the Live Learning Labs (other than

- bless you, friend!) and thought the time would be better used creating high level videos that others could watch when schedule allowed, rather than zoom recordings😎

We will share the two "How to Host a PF Run Clib" videos shortly in case anyone wants to check them out and learn independently this afternoon!

Excited to share the updated curriculum videos with you all once me, Amy, and Dan crank them out today!🙌
