Team, One of the things I'm most excited about is our new Mentor Movement. Everyone on the platform whose membership is in good standing will have access to the Mentor Program beginning on April 12th🧠💪🌱 (I'll be cleaning up the platform between now and then, both in terms of content and inactive members, so please get in touch if you wish to remain part of the community but have not renewed your annual membership.) One of the things that inspired me to start Physiology First was a genuine frustration with people calling themselves "coaches" of "health professionals" who are not DOING health. They don't train. They simply call their comfort blankets training systems. Everyone at our campus, from age 10-85, trains in the Physiology First Approach every week. Their progress is a direct result of their effort. We have had people join our Certification Program, flip through the content, glance at the videos, but not "do" anything. That isn't learning. It's the exact antithesis of learning, the impression of knowledge. We had an alternative school dedicated to "leadership" adoptive program and "do" absolutely nothing with it. When I say nothing, I mean that the average middle school teacher whose is sedentary and prediabetic with no stated interest in health did more with the platform in a week than these "leaders" did in a year... On the contrary, @Darren Bailey , owner of Physiology First Riverina completed the L1 Certification and immediately embarked on a 100 day journey of running 5k every morning with nasal only breathing to "LEARN ABOUT HIS PHYSIOLOGY THROUGH EXPERIENCE." That is what leadership looks like. That's what the program was built for. A foundation for self exploration and knowledge gained from real world experience. Out Mentor Program is a 6 week learning journey covering the Foundations of Physiology First. Breath. Sleep. Nutrition. Exercise. Brain health. Each week will be filled with fun challenges and real world learning experiences. By the end every member will have a deeper relationship to their body, breath, and mind. And the ability to say with confidence that they can mentor the next generation by having earned the ability to lead from experience.
