Deep Dive Recording + Cool Learning Opportunity!
Team,
Just came out of a beautiful whirlwind of community, collaboration, and exciting new innovations at our Freeport campus🔥
First, you'll find the last Deep Dive recording below. I'll be reaching out to everyone individually to see where they could guidance and implementation support from here!
Secondly, we are scaling a smaller, more condensed version of the business to communities across the globe this year. We have our sites set on a few key locations, including the inaugural launch of our Physiology First Health Labs-a first of its kind biotech hub offering the latest health assessments to families and community members, in Lyndhurst, N.J in partnership with Apogee N.J this Spring.
If you are interested in running a business at the intersection of education and health technology let me know, as we have a special offer for the early birds involved in this global expansion program🌎🧠🔥
Third, we have an exciting learning opportunity beginning tomorrow! I'll be reviewing resting metabolic rate data with the crew from Bates College, one of our partners. If you're interested in sitting in and seeing how we interpret the data, the meetings are at 8:30am on Tuesdays (EST time/US) and all are welcome to join and learn! It will be great practice for future data analysis and programming opportunities.
Finally. I spoke with yesterday and we came up with the idea of offering a live workout to put the Physiology First Approach into practice every Thursday immediately before the Deep Dive🫁💪 More details soon, but put it on your calendar and join in when we kick this off at the end of March if you'd like to hone your coaching skills and break a sweat as a team🔥
Grateful for your leadership and looking forward to connecting 1-1 over the next few days to strengthen our global game plan and impact strategy, together.
David

The discussion also covered the potential for expanding health infrastructure to major cities, the possibility of a franchising and licensing model for health labs, and the importance of having a clear starting point for teaching others about health and wellness.
