Four weeks ago you had a meal system to learn, protein anchors to build, and a whole new way of thinking about what your food is actually doing for your body. And now here you are. This week we're bringing it all together so what you've built over the last 30 days doesn't just stay a reset. It becomes your new normal. Once you've watched, come back and tell us: 1. What's the biggest shift in how you think about food or your body since Week 1? 2. Which part of the system, the meal framework, the protein anchors, or the gut and blood sugar piece, has made the most difference in your day-to-day? 3.
