Why I Created the Blood Sugar Action Guide
I want to share something a little personal with you.
I'm of Pakistani descent, and diabetes runs in my family. It's really common amongst Pakistanis (has to do with history and colonialism...we can run deep with that one). So diabetes has always been in the back of my mind. And being here in the US, we know that diabetes is also an epidemic - largely because of the way most of us eat. So between my genetics and my environment, blood sugar has always been something I was aware of.
But honestly? I didn't focus on it that much until recently.
What changed for me was realizing how much blood sugar balance matters specifically in midlife. It affects your energy, your hormones, your weight, your sleep. And then I started learning more about its connection to cancer too, which hit close to home for me personally.
That's when I knew I needed to create something practical around this.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 breaks down exactly how blood sugar works, why your energy crashes, and what you can do with plants to stabilize it. It includes the Half Plate Method, food swaps, a daily schedule, a grocery guide, and 5 quick recipes.
If you're a Premium member, it's already waiting for you in the Longevity Wellness Vault.
If you're not Premium yet, you can get it for $11 in the Wellness Resource Shop inside the classroom.
Does blood sugar management feel like something you've been thinking about too? I'd love to know. ❤️
