Where do you get your tortillas?
I want to make freezer burritos, but I can't seem to find healthy tortillas or wraps. Everything I see in stores has shortening or a number of processed oils in them.
I asked chatgpt to help me find healthy tortillas and it came up with some organic and/or whole wheat options including Food for Life, Siete, Mission, La Tortilla Factory, and Trader Joe's.
BUT I can't find those near me ๐Ÿ˜…. Food for Life and Siete tend to fall apart on me. And then I saw Target had a decent looking option, but apparently they've been helping ๐ŸงŠ so that's a no for me.
Will I need to make my own burrito size tortillas from scratch? Or just suck it up and eat a bit of shortening tortilla. Let me know what you do!
