This week I didn't have much time to meal prep, so I was grateful for salad, smoothies, a bit of takeout, and meal prep I had frozen. Which is why this is the only food picture I took this week lol
This morning I went to Costco and stocked up on some basics. I made a double batch of crispy black bean tacos for lunch, and froze half of them.
The funny thing is in this membership, we have a 5 min meals meal plan, and I forgot to actually follow it myself. 🤦🏻♀️
