The weather has been so much nicer lately and I have genuinely been outside more than I have in months. Walking with my husband, getting fresh air, just moving my body without it feeling like a workout, and honestly my mood has been completely different because of it.
There's something about this time of year where everything just feels a little more possible. Like winter had us all a little cooped up and now we're collectively coming back to life.
